We are looking for a new BGA rework station. We got an ERSA IR550A and we are not very satisfied. I'm not sure that IR reflow is the better solution because the top-side heating is too large. I think is better with a convection "forced-air" heat.

Hi All, We have purchased an Ersa Versaflow selective solder machine, and I am looking in to profiling upon the machine. We currently have a process for profiling our wave with a WaveRider system, this we use to gauge that the machine is set up cor

Hi there. I am currently kinda in the same spot as the author of the thread. My choice is between Rehm VXC and Heller 1809. I am a little concerned about Heller advertising their 25cm/10 in zones. I am used to large ovens designed for high throughput

Hi all, I'm thinking of adding a high-end rework station to my lab. Budget-wise I can basically afford all the solutions from Finetech, Pace, Ersa, and others. However, I'm not sure which one to go with. I'm considering Finetech Core-plus and Pace

Hi all, Best Thing Since Sliced Bread? No doubt many of you have seen Phil Zarrow's "over-the-top" review in Circuits Assembly of the new Ersa scope, a device that allows viewing a really neat close up a side view of the component substrate interface
