Thanks Ed. I guess about all we can do is hope that the extreme nature of the flaw equals a higher degree of early detection. So far we haven't replaced any of these on RMA's so I guess that's a good sign.

I brought all the major players machines in house and tried them. VisiConsult was the best hands down. Extremely simple GUI..no adjusting to get correct counts. The counting cloud feature is also a very slick tool. Support is 5 star.

Nordson is extremely difficult to work with. Whatever the reasons may be, they are very latent to respond to request if they even respond at all. Terrible customer service.
