this is a two row connector that I'm talking about. We were going to select solder it or wave it but we are just trying to make the process faster and if I can get this to work, it will definitely save time for us.

I have a secondary question about automated 3D inspection...is it any faster than a printer's 2D inspection capability?

Try Avantec Topklean EL-60, can clean off solder paste or uncured glue, is hydrocarbon based cleaner - but with high flash point. Will evapourate faster than water based solutions, not as fast as IPA , but does much better job.

I am printing on DEKs and using simulara paramateres as for a solder it works really fine. In general going faster gives you more paste/glue. Less pressure gives you more paste/glue again. All the rest depends on your current board. Regards, Emil

For SMT machines, FUJI is one of the best. NXT2, speed and accuracy are excellent. AIMEX is a new machine. I do not know if this machine already release in the market. As far as I know, AIMEX is much faster than NXT2. Machine are maintenance friend
