Production of 50000, is this per year, per month, per week, what? As for your budget of 80000 Euro, that is no much to go on. For a basic SMT line, you need at least 1 paste printer, 1 placement machine and 1 reflow oven. If you have any through-hole

Very late but here's my 2 cents. Will require a custom fixture for every flex or semi-rigid flex. Depending on panel thickness; use 2 tooling hole to fixture on one axis, other tooling holes will have pullers to ensure proper placement. Even with the

Search the fine SMTnet Archives for previous discussion. This technique has been called 'pin-in-paste,' 'paste-in-hole,' 'intrusive reflow,' 'alternative assembly and reflow technology' and who can remember all the other consultant buzz-words. Look a

John, having worked at a major U.S. telecommunications co. I can tell you we were placing through hole connectors in SMT. Using MPM printers 3000 2000 AP36 AP24. We opened the apertures on the stencil 25% over lead diameter to allow more paste(it wou
