Looks like moisture bubbling out of the board. I doubt that your baking at 60*C for a half hour is going to do very much to dewet the board. 60*C is warm to the touch, that's it!!! Water boils at 100*C. 60*C is the temperature of a cup of Dunkin. Cr

It's a terrible idea. Through holes should be drilled in the exact center of a pad +/-. Have the two holes go out back and settle this. Whichever hole returns, that hole get to keep the pad. The other hole needs to get its own pad. End of story. Th

Aluminum shreds were found inside the tooling hole after depaneling. We ruled out contamination because the tooling holes were covered during depaneling. Out of three holes, only 2 holes with positioning columns inside have aluminum shreds residue.
