You can use a meter in "diode mode" to illuminate an LED to check a batch. Hopefully your stock room doesn't open the container and poor them all into a bucket to be issued out to the floor.

Desicattor is used for storage and not the indicator or meter to check the humidity. I am not sure that the HIC will affect the solderability, if yes, when they pack together with the MSD then we also have solderability problem on component. Per J-

I agree! I am using a SAC305 no clean from Alpha. I have noticed that even hand probing with volt meter leads requires me to press very hard on the pads to bust through the flux residue.
