I know they aren't cheap, but used properly, mine last quite a few months, and they work so well, that I am still in favour of them. Tips range in price, but our work buys in bulk, saving some money.

Not on mine Sadly. When you go to page 2 of the menu the units are displayed for reference only in a grey box on screen. Can't find any settings that will actually change yet

I have 2 SM421s in service and they still support mine. What is the exact error message? Did you look up the code? What step in homing is it doing when it fails? Maybe post a photo of the error list or message that pops up?

Isn't it a pain? At least TI have a proper page for lookups, they might be an exception however. The other one that gets me, is when a supplier sends something completely wrong and then says, "what did we send you?" Your problem mate, note mine.

I think they can all support pneumatic but it might depends on the age, I'm not sure about series 2 Genesis. Something to watch is that they can't all support 24 V Electric feeders. Mine does but it's an option. 48v is the standard for gold feeders
