Can anyone tell me the command I need to type to get into machine configuration in DOS MpM software? I want to change x/y/theta cal. settings to adjust for vision offset because I don't have the fixtures to do a calibration.

Almost every machine can import plain ASCII files, internal formats vary a lot and usually are in some kind of binary format. My suggestion is to generate plain ASCII file with at minimum 5 fields : X, Y, theta, RefDes and component type. - Deni

I think I can do it with MEdit. I don't have clue how to measure these x/y positions by different method.

In that case, please consider one block skip mark, the same first sequence for all programs, view some feature of the X-Y table, not the PCB, that way, its just a habit. I will look into preventing advance pick, not sure if it is possible.

I have been asked a very good question but have not been able to find a good answer. IPC for both PCB and PCBA refer to the X & Y dimensions to measure warp and twist but how would you determine the warp and twist for a round PCB or PCBA?
