Is anyone aware of distributors that sell single syringes of the 3515 and 3508 Loctite? Our yearly requirements are far less than a case and would not be very economical to go that route.

I have a goal to reduce the weight of about 20 test fixtures to go below 35 lbs. Most of the current fixture weights exceed 40 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions on a lifting device or a method to reduce the weight of the fixtures?

Woody: Consider using test BGA with no chip in, but daisy chains that you can monitor. After soldering, run environmental tests and follow with electrical tests to determine if the product concept is good enough.
