Never heard about it. How about their service support and lead time for spare parts? Quality; both mechanical and process? Machine breakdown's or a lot of downtimes, can sometimes be more expensive, even if it is under warranty...

Or some muppett hasn't put the correct height in the part data, or... The machine has been moved and not calibrated/set up properly - becoming evident as more accuracy is required.

Using Circuit Cam here. Not sure on the cost though. We use it to program our CS400E insertion machines as well. Makes nice work instruction drawings too.

If the end sensor is bad it will cause the axis to past it and travel against the end stop and cause an over current also. So it kind of depends on what the machine is trying to do.
