I have a Zevatech 720 that was working great until one day a "E9001 the emergency stop button has been pressed..." error popped up when I turned the machine on. We traced out the circuit and found out what board it went to. I found a replacement an

Hello all, Has anyone used Kester 2331-ZX water soluble flux on selective soldering and expirienced a white film after soldering. I have seen this on and off for a few weeks now and believe it is a chemical reaction with the solder mask or improperly

If you are just wanting to test the values of the electrolytics or tantalums, it's not a problem with an ICT, as long as your system has an analog instrument to do it. If you are wanting to test the polarity of the cap, you will need a capacitive co

A baking oven over 100 C will be at zero humidity. Do you really need to store pcbs/devices at 200 C...this will surely harm some products ? IPC 33B01 allows storage of MSDs in a dry cabinet at less then 5%.....these can operate at room temp or 40 /

It has been a while but I think the Mk2 was an upgraded ballscrew. I am a fan of the Quad products but if you are looking to bring production in house using these machines to do it, I would be very very careful and really consider new machines with

Am I reading your post correctly? You will print PCBs and not populate them until up to 24 hours later? And you can assemble level 3 components at 30C and 90% humidity, you just have to pro-rate the exposure time. (I don't recommend having those con

Tom, If you need the parts... I can quote and supply them.. A good tradesman can change these parts. You do not necessarily need a Yamaha trained guy to do it. The only issue issue after the exchange of the parts is calibration of the machine, which
