We used to do this, but we dont any more. Never found something with the Mole. We have had 2 blowers come to a halt due to stuck bearings, but that was easely spotted without a check. (Temperature alarm and Huge whining noise)

There may not be an exit cell. Some go by timing. But double check your set-up. Make sure you didn't flag for an exit cell - not sure this is your problem. It also could be your timing. You can simply turn off the the dropped board warning optio

Hi, I don;t thing there is an overtemperrature sensor. Just the thermocpouple returns a higher temp(voltage) to the controller and your software goes to alarm, cooldown or what ever it does. Emil

Hi all, could solve the problem already - however thanks for your advices! The problem was caused by a defective relais (loose contact - just resoldered it) in the relatetd circuit.
