Hi Guys.. Does anybody had experienced with designing the stencil for Right Angle LED without any dewetting problem on the LED termination? Currently our stencil opening is 1:1 and we still got so high reject due to this problem. Pls Advise, thanks

You need to dwell the boards longer in the wave as the board is the largest heatsink. Just make sure the flux can take the longer dwell times anything up to 4 - 5 seconds so you may have to shallow your angle as well to around 5 - 6 degrees this will

Why not.. You are always welcome. Firstly what I feel multicamera system (Top and Angled) AOI is always better than single Top camera system in terms of defect coverage. Secondly read On the fly inspection is much better than STOP and Go techniques.
