Thanks for your help. Solved it - The spindles on the head were stiffer than the other heads, so greasing it fixed it.

Yes. All amps were properly programmed and tested with another Samsung machine. In addition head #1 Z-axis motor was also swapped out. Simon

The heads attach to the nozzles, or vise versa, so both. At least that's what it seems to look like. Still having issues keeping the R-axis sensor in calibration this makes third day in a row of re calibrating them.

Have you tried to test the X-axis stepping? I am suspecting might have to do with the Encoder with X-Magnetic strip.

I can't help you with most of that, but heres a starting point. "L013: 2nd limit over" means that one of your axis is showing outside operating boundries, as in placement head is too far forward. Make sure all your devices are not pushed out to thie

So what your telling me is kind of vague. Does the machine home and go to the front left corner of the machine? If it does....this could be a quad align problem....meaning dirt on the lens or so-forth. You should watch the heads homing in the z-axi
