Does anyone know how to make a thermo profile on selective machine with one solder nozzle?The problem is that there are many points and lines with different break time and different speed. Thank you

Agreed. You will find different part manufacturers have different coplanarity specs. In fact I have on supplier that calls out 7 mil max coplanarity. Then factor in board bow and twist and it becomes a real joy.

With high volume production, this can happen. The flux is vaporizing in the heating zones, and is condensing in the cooling zones. Depending on the machine, cooling can act differently on different machines. Less cooling may reduce this problem.
