Also try deleting all unused programs from the machine's memory. Sounds stupid, but we have a CP-3 that likes to misalign components if it has more than 6 or 7 programs stored in memory.

Not sure how Juki centernests operate but baybe the board thickness is prgrammed wrong and the top board surface is too low or too high (bowed upward). This will cause bad placements. This is an easy mistake to make on HSP.
