Good morning all. We are able to offer some insight into the problem and offer a recommended reflow profile to solve this issue, but it really depends on the solder paste that you use, as different manufacturers use different boiling point solvents.

We know that solder pastes can be stored for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. If we return them to the refrigerator after 1 week of storage at room temperature, does the time reset, or can we keep them for the remaining week at room temperature? A

Why not use microwave oven, it would be faster ? Be careful, rheology and all paste's characteristics are strongly dependent from the "not stressing" reaction moving from low temperature to Room Temperature. Best regards TZ

Once you warm it up to room temperature, use it or lose it. Paste should always be brought to a room temperature before use. If it is not ready, don't use it.
