the voids will cause a long term relability problem as the part will not be correctly heatsinked. Change your stencil aperature to a "+" sign 15-20 mils wide in the center of the pad. ___________ : | : : | : :----|----: : | : :__

I believe industry standard is 1/2 pitch for fine pitch devices. If your part is 20 mil pitch, apts would be 10 mil wide. This should gasket fine to the pcb pad and with a 5 mil stencil should print well.

We have multuiple pcb transport conveyors that use the 10mm wide flat green blets on either edge. Does anyone know of a kit to purchase where we could make our own or a company that supplies different sizes? Thanks
