Hello. Does anyone know how to add a different package to the Part Group on the Samsung CP45FV neo software? See picture. For example if we wanted a heading for Inductors, how do we add that? Thanks

Not familiar with the L series but I'm sure you can have it configured with tray elevator. Not sure about your question regarding the head error.

Deni, Do you know if the theta axis controlled by the same slots/cards as the z-axis, by any chance? We also can't get theta to work on head 2, so, I'm wondering if the issue is related... thanks, ..rob

Progress!! Somehow, this morning I was able to get things almost working. I swapped cards 1 and 2 back, and then back again, so, in the same state as my last reply...set the default settings for the axes configuration...then, verified the addresses

Good afternoon. Not sure if this is available at an engineer level. Perhaps and SD card with field service access is necessary. We have two lines with NPM-W's and the most we've been able to do is actuate vacuum on the heads during flow checks.

Is the machine not picking up nozzle from the nozzle changer or is the head 7 not picking up any components? Or is the mis-pick rate too high?

I was wondering if you could help me with my Panasonic MV. it is throwing parts around after it picks them up . only have 3 heads work in it.
