Use of acetone (67-64-1) in removing flux

HASL Plating Thickness

How does the HASL finish and stencil match ? I have seen ocasions on fine pitch devices where the HASL can protrude into the stencil aperture either pulling paste down on the snap off or completely blocking the aperture and getting no paste.

What is the best epoxy attachment method for Heat Sink?The operator always miss the solvent dispensing application prior to epoxy dispense which cause the heatsink falling off at customer site as well as in the factory?Any advise?
