Thanks for your response PWH. These are the exact same issues we have been having. I did call UIC about that feeder jig. It cost about 12k USD. Do you guys use it? Is it worth the money?

We used durastone, with a profile routed out to expose certain areas & protect others. Durastone costs peanuts, and the tool room uses a small cheap Micromat router.

Do you really use it that often in your facility that this would actually be a good cost-cutter? Maybe there are some different prevention steps that need to be implemented. Safety glasses?
