Having a problem with a DEK printer. In the back to front motion, getting poor ramdom paste volume on micro BGA pads. Other BGA 1 mm pads are fine. The front to back motion is fine. Any throufghts on this directional issue. Ran ~200 panels no pr

It depends. Are you hand breaking them, rotary knife or linear knife? Hand break you want to be about 5mm (and it isn't a great practice even then) with a rotart knife you want to keep parts probably 3mm, especially capacitors. With a linear knife we

It is recommended that the thickness of the stencil of 0.1mm, the steel mesh should be partially nano-coated. It is best not to dry easily, and the particles are not easy to be too large. I have tried ALLPCB for this kind of BGA in the past and they

3 tools a straight edge that can run between 2 machines and a level. You could also use an auto level as they do make life easy. With either setup your line should end up less than 1mm t of true over a20 metre distance. sarason

Hi, It depends on smallest pitch size of your components. For the 0.3 um, 0.5 um, etc. sizes could be mentioned on Clean Room. For example; for ISO-7 standart (Class 10,000) higher than 5um is not acceptable, however 1mm can acceptable to describ

Try adding blow after mount before head up if your machine lets you. Make sure your placing the part into the solder paste as that will add some holding force as well. If your tips are spring loaded you can do some 0.5mm additional mounting height.

I think it depends on the thickness of the PORON sheet. For .3mm balls you could probably get away with a pretty thin sheet (maybe 1/16"). I don't know how thin it comes offhand. For the part you are describing I woulf try maybe a 3.5mm OD and a 1

Yes, most of my fiducials are 1 mm. BUT, you may consider going 1.5mm or even better 2 mm because in my experience PCB manufacturers will NOT check fiducial shape during PCB testing. This goes for fiducials that are placed on panel frame. Fiducilas t
