The machine has 2 25 pin cables that are supplied with it and you have to have adapters that plug into them for smema or siemens. The cables are x20 and x21 smema pigtails.

Just as an option you might want to look at Assembleon also. They have an adaptive base that allows you to run the GSM feeders on the new MG machine, which is faster than the UIC machine. I do not work for Assembleon just wanted to mention it.

Hello Casper We have a stencil adapter for that machine, we sell a lot of mpm parts. Also know of another one of them you could get for spare parts. Replacement parts are next to impossible for it. Harry

Umar - the boards are not assembled - so Solder splash is not applicable. Solder resist does not Melt it cures. As a board supplier I would not want my clients to adapt if they are receiving crap product, I would expect them to leave.

Pull the hard drive out and use a USB to IDE adapter to copy the whole hard drive onto another computer. I do this with my reflow oven and screen printer. It works very well.

These have been around for many years from a variety of manufactures. They work well and save a lot of space and will save some money on the stencils.

I've been using a DEK Vectorguard frame for a couple months now and like it a lot. It uses air to clamp/unclamp the foil and both DEK Vectorguard and Alpha Metals Tetrabond foils fit the frame. Just about any decent stencil supplier sells Vectorgua

I would recommend either gridlock or machine's own support system. If you need I can refer you to a company, which can make you a custom gridlock, depending of course, where you is your company.
