to use the fuji america office you have to be a registered customer, which we are not since we are based in the uk. we cannot go to the uk fuji agent either

Does anyone do an incoming inspection of Fuji CP Type nozzles? Or, do you have a nozzle qualification program?

Export CCIMF files for both scenario's and have Fuji America look to see if there is an actual programming offset problem. To be exactly .3mm off seems a little odd.
