We are having a few issues lately with a Data file open error on the printer and also the belts carrying on spinning when the PCB has hit the board stop even though the board stop sensor is activated that it has seen the PCB, anyone seen these issues

I would wait. Scrap the bare boards you have and order fresh boards to arrive when the late component is scheduled to arrive and run as normal. Unless the bare board is exceptionally expensive this is the cheapest and safest route to take. Jerry

Why don't you have stencil house make a selective wave fixture for your product so that you can avoid the glue problem. If it's a must for your process to have glue, you just add extra work and glue tended to contaminate. Just a suggestion..if you
