Sr. tech, The mount tool test position is what I am refering to. The function of this is to determine the placement plane of the board. The mount plane will change if the board is thicker so thickness is relavent. regards Chris

The mount plane is not the same every time. Our machines are conveyorized and the bottom rail is fixed so the mount plane does change with the board thickness. The stand alone table has a V notch for holding the board with the flat edge on the bottom

Is anyone currently mounting 0201's with the Hydra/Linescan combination with good results? We have a My series machine and are currently mounting the 0201's with high res camera. The results are good but it is painfully slow. Thanks in advance for

Hello, Have anyone of you any experience of mounting BGA-s on both side of the PCB in lead free process? Have you seen any problems after the second reflow? Is it something special to focus on? /Thomas

Does anyone have any reliability history on using compression mount connectors, such as LGA sockets (no soldering of contacts as contact exerts spring pressure on PCB pad) to PCBs with immersion Au or ENIG finished pads?

Does anyone have a reference book, web site etc. that will define the various options or descriptions with reference to mounting configurations, i.e. BGA, SOT, MLP, MQFP?

I did. Nothing change. I can go in mount feed back and increase .5mm for all rotations(Lazer mount feed back), then it work. But all my parts go to camera will be off the oposite way.
