Quad still sells a low end convection/IR bench top oven for about $15,000. (ZCR 412B) It is limited to a 12" board but may work for your application. IR ovens have gone out of favor recently. There should be some older IR ovens for under $5,000 f

I am sure you can reflow lead free in any oven but i thought i read that lead free requires a cooling stage to get the solder joints reflowed "correctly".

What alot of you are not realizing is that Lead Free can be done on certain ovens already out there. And I have had success with the Quad ZCR for Lead Free. Therefore, it is not necessay to purchase a brand new oven to implement lead free.
