Have you moved this LED to a different dispensing head? I have seen some dispensing heads that are out of adjustment cause the same problem. Jerry

Thanks for sharing your work experience. I found a reference material with IPC standard (IPC 610) that specifies an exact heigth that a capacitor needs to be placed, I will check this standard specifications in more depth.

Yes, it OK to mount axial PTH component as radial PTH, if that's what you're asking. * There are no rules for orientation. Pick something and stick to it. We like to be able to read the component value / orientation from the top towards the board.

I forgot to mention the new vcd and radials go for around $230,000 each with only 20 stations. You can buy nice used vcd8 and rad8's between $60,000-$75,000.

We are trying to network our Universal VCD 8 and Radial 8. I have everything I need except for the driver disks for the Radisys EXM-10A network card. Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to share?

We do not have such machines, only GSM's but network card is the same. Is Radial (VCD8) running on OS/2 too?

If you need me to do any corrections to this code to make it more workable, contact me via email on the address on my webpage. Now that I know the machine is a radial inserter the XYR's are probably wrong as they were assumed to be for an SMT machine
