Turns out the seal was being broken from poor handling allowing moisture in. Thanks for all the info pointing me in the right direction!!

Try to check the SSR (Solid State Relay) in the back panel. You may need to replace one or some of them. Good luck.

I'm not familiar with you machine but it seems the problem is not the motor. if there's a manual I/O, switch on your conveyor from there and check if there's a voltage going into the motor.Check the control boards for the conveyor, relays and sensors

On a our electricity ovens the most common problem with overheating zones is usually the solid state relays.Not sure if this would relate to the Heller ovens.

We utilize socket receptacles, typical part number is 147444-1 from TE. These come to us loose and they have to be inserted to the PCB by hand. Does anyone know of a way to get these receptacles into the pick-n-place machine to automatically place

We have, in the past, made our own trays for loose parts and put them in the tray tower. Of course someone has to put the parts into the tray so you may not be saving any labor but the machine placement should be faster. BR, Mac
