The short answer is yes, but you will be screen not stencil printing. Your printer may have print modes to support print/flood and flood/print modes. You should contact your printer manufacturer and a screen manufacturer to discuss this application.

We do this every day, We print the bottom side, then the top, and have a tool that presses the connector on. We then process the board down the line. The only tricky thing is keeping fingers out of paste. Fortunately this is a single sided board.

Dhanashekar, Yes this is an important proces control tool. This will show if you printer setup is correct however, I put more importance on coverage. If your paste height is 1 mil shorter than it should be, you may need to look at your printer setup
