The L Version is slightly bigger PCB handling capability. However, it's relative to Juki, not to other manufacturers. We have found that the extra large board Juki's are similar to our standard Yamahas. Don't know about the 760, but the 2060L is 41

You could use a stepped stencil around the parts you're having issues with to add a greater paste deposit to them and not the rest, or slightly elongate the apertures and overprint, but this may lead to solder balling.

Nozzles are the issue - too small nozzle and calibration part will move slightly during rotation, as it's quite big.

Are you gluing these components by chance? I had an assembly where a glue dot was slightly too big and it pulled to the outside of the components solder joint. This looks eerily similar.
