Sadly we have 3 of these, and not one came with a calibration stencil. I couldn't even find a calibration menu other than the "screw head" one.

Have you taught the tray position in correctly, I dont know that particular machine but you normally teach in 3 positions. When you have done this have you re-optimised?

The mirror should stay open. go to sys setup go to head go t nozzle check settings. that is were the nozzle check is at

Yes, that should be possible. You will need flex nozzle changers and different LP servo cards for head theta and z-axis control. - Dejan

Thanks, we'll try this too. We aquired an asymtek millenium for dispensing selectively. It is setup for epoxies with a needle dispense head so we'll try to make it all work for us. One-part silicones seem to be the popular solution.

Try cleaning the linear encoder reader. I've had dust build up on two of my machines resulting in failure to calibrate. Blowing out the reader heads with gentle compressed air resolved it.

Yes. All amps were properly programmed and tested with another Samsung machine. In addition head #1 Z-axis motor was also swapped out. Simon

it sounds to me like a home sensor. try adjusting sensitivity if possible. move head manually to determine position at which home sensor is activated

Sounds to me like the z-encoder could be a problem. I cant remember but you may be able to disable a head in the system settings. Bob
