We had the same motor problem with our My12, whenever we would get the sound we would go through and slow down X accel speed in any packages and the placement accuracy as well. After doing this for quite a while we finally tried updating the motor c

I can't see the fill as they are underneath the connector. As far as the direction 95% seem to be perpendicular to the wave with the occasional parallel and some all the way around(not many). I have tried altering the speed, I've played with the fl

It sound like this connector is a serious head sink which can be solved with more preheat or slower conveyer speed. It might also be a combination of the heat sinking capability of the connector together with encapsulated flux underneath the connecto

We will look at the oven speed. We considered stiffeners but opted against that due to the risk of moving parts pre-reflow due to handling. 90 deg? I don't know. This may or may not help with the bowing. Considering there is little to no substra

You should talk to your paste/flux manufacture! They will provide the best instruction for this. The norm is typically 130-145f, speed 2-4f/m I always push for slower… the slower the cleaner/drier (in theory!), if you have an ICOM, Omega meter, ionog

I had a connector like this and here is my recommendation: 1. Flux type(I like better alchohol based flux than water based) 2. Try higher soldering speed(when I say higher I mean several times higher) Goodf Luuck!
