Solder Ball After Reflow Process

What do you mean by "near the pad of SMT component"? The end of the pad, side of the pad, or perhaps adjacent to the part body, between terminations? One solder ball per component, or many, perhaps of different sizes?

PBGA and CBGA

CBGA stands for Ceramic Ball grid array while PBGA stands for Ceramic Ball grid array. Noticable difference is the substrate used , one is using ceramic and one is using BT laminate. Regards

Do you have another copy of firmware? This is a long shot but you seem to be running out of options. If you can try a different firmware for the machine and for the vision. Jerry

We don't really have any issues with Yestech, but have been instructed from higher up to investigate different models. We will be running med to high volumes and need to be able to keep up with our SMT throughput.
