How long is it taking to reach the 150? We use the 020 here along with 023 and have very good results with our machine. The 023 is rated for a higher temp then the 020 but I don't know about staying power. We heat from both the bottom and the top

If I brief shifting, I checked the component before it enter the reflow oven and saw that the IC is perfectly aligned on the pads but when it comes out from the oven the IC is floated on the pads. The floating is irregular and the IC is shifted away

I wouldn't worry too much about the pixel comparison machines taking too long to program, it takes ages at first but once you've done a few programs you start to build a library of components. yes you may still have to slightly adjust these as you go

Hi! to all, Here in our company, we sometimes received BGAs and ICs that were packed poorly(not sealed), and no MSL level written to it from our suppliers, now we subject the material for baking before using it. We use J-STD-033B table 4-1 as our cr

Hi Darby, Where did you get the info. that cooling rate is not-as-critical for lead-free? I'm not doubting you, and I actually want this to be the case. We don't have chillers on our ovens, and on fast profiles, we only achieve 2 to 2.5 deg. / s c
