How long of a lag do you have now on the cool down. What type of reflow oven are you using? Are you talking about change over from a Pb Free to a leaded product on the same line?

Update on 1B73 bubbles, Changed over to a mixture of Humiseal 73 thinner with coating (25 sec on Zahn 2) observed a reduction in bubble formation (approx. 20%) but still present.

We use it on our screen printers and placement machines. It works very well. Much better than templates and manually placing pins. Change overs are a breeze.

I have done the same thing. We are changing over to the Indium 8.9E solder paste. It prints great and the joints look great. Does not look like a lead free alloy. We have turned off the nitrogen.

How reliable are TM feeders for 0402 placements? I have a board with 2000+ 0402s that I need to run daily. I don't need agilis feeders for change overs as we use less than 50 feeders total.
