Conceptronics oven reflow problems

We currently have 2 HVA 102 conceptronic reflow ovens. I ran 2 profiles on the 2 seperate machines. One of the oven ran 7 degrees lower than the other oven. I checked all the fans and they seem to running fine. I get no warning on the monitors.

Anyone with Conceptronics HVN70 spares?

We have an old Conceptronic oven (Discovery Mark IV) which we use in the glue process. The video monitor just died. This is a 11 year old oven with a Goldstar model 1420 PLUS monitor. There are no specs in the manual and Conceptronic is not much help
