Thanks, I will check & update. Checked Fan it is working fine. In this problem after power turn off if we start again their is no problem. Some time this problem occure at the start of day also ( no night shift production ) ajay

We have BTU150 paragon. Frequent failure obseve in cooling fan capacitor. Cooling zone temperature reach up to 80 degree centigrade How to prevent same. ajay

First make sure that ALL of your fans and heaters are working! 40 deg. is one hell of a delta.

Increase Soak time & Slow down line did reduced Delta T by 10+,Fans are at max - Both High -getting closer to target now.Great idea.still more to do .Thanks for advices.

Find out what the exhaust draw requirements are and talk to a HVAC expert. They should be able to tell you what size fans and duct work you need for your oven. They can also calculate how much draw you have with your current set up.

No problem if you get the tilt head option. Also depending on the geography you can just lift the nozzle up and the spray pattern will fan out more. The software is really good, i think you'll be impressed.
