I would only suggest this machine IF I were a Fuji salesman. The NXT will ALWAYS derate by over 40% for boards longer than 10"

If it is anything like my Flexa then you would have to purchase the IP2 module license in order to communicate with the machine from flexa. I have had to purchase separate licenses for my different pieces of equipment. CP6, NXT, QP3, CP7

If your CEO is stuck on Fuji, why not look at the NXT's instead of the CP's and QP's. More modular setup, interchangeable heads and small footprint per CPH.

On our Fuji NXT and AIM machines I never program local fids...we place down to 16 mil fine pitch and BGA, uBGA, multirow QFNs with no placement issues. Most boards are panelized in an array and we have corner fids added to the rails. Regards, Mi

FOV - Feeder Offline Verification. Kit is generally used with FujiTrax for verification, however it can be used to power up the entire feeder pallet while it sits on the pallet change unit of the M3 or M6.
