Wow, these are still around? Don't go IR, especially with these units. They are very inconsistent. Maybe for adhesive, but I wouldnt try reflow with them. Yes, you can reflow with them, but this model of oven will constantly change on you. I

Mike, I have been using a fully synthetic motor oil on the links of my chains of my Hella for 7 years now, and have had no problems. As long as you do not place the oil on the fingers, where it makes contact with the PCB, then you will have no probl

I agree with JAX. We run four Omniflow 7 ovens for leaded and lead free products. The process window is tighter with these than that of a 10 zone oven. It takes a little more time and work to get the profile dialed in with less zones.

We aquired this reflow oven some time ago and finally have the need for it. Anyone who knows how to set up this machine and train an individual would be greatly appreciated. We are located in the Rockville Maryland Area. Power is run to the machine.

hi , we have Heller 1808 and I would say that is doing good job as oven. However for less than 3 years we had to replace 6-7 blowers. There are very nice machines in the market, but it really depends on you and how much money you are ready to spend.

kumar, can you explain why in zones 5, 6 and 7 you use different temperature on upper and lower heaters? Do you use a Nitrogen in your reflow oven?
