I have also been using Flexa with the Circuitcam interface. Very easy application to use. The documentation package is very nice also if you plan on using it for visual aids.

I was highly debating the purchase of Tecnomatix (Assembly Expert) software. However, went with Circuitcam for a few reasons. Call me at 248-994-3012 if you want details.

What is everyone using for collection of Quality data? I have seen people using home grown systems, as well as systems by Unicam. Just trying to get a feel for what software is out there.

Try Aegis or Unicam they both sell a pretty good Cad/Gerber/Ascii converter for most SMT equipment

Can anyone give me suggestions as to what software that can convert gerbers into cad data and be brought into Unicam (UGS PLM Software). We are currently using Gerbcam but it outdated and we need to upgrade soon. Thanks for your info.

I have used Unicam's GerbCAM with limited success, it is very dependant on the quality of the customer's gerbers. You might want to see if this is what you're after.
