We are looking at ESD chairs in our EPROM room. Currently we are using smocks with wrist straps, this was set up before me. Is there any special or different things that needs to be done to the smocks to make them work with an ESD chair?

Is the component databases "binary text" the "universal" type of binary? Or is it some different kind of binary? I'm gonna try to load up one of the files later on, character by character, and see if I can make any sense out of it.

Have you tried the same setup with your leaded paste? Your lf paste might have different cold slump characteristics.

Solder balls with wave soldering can have different causes. The two most important are the solderresist and the flux. I have similar problems, after changes the flux type 90% off all solderballs are gone. KR, Joris Groot koerkamp
