I was curious if anyone has recommendations for JEDEC Waffle Tray MFG's. I'm looking to have some custom trays built for our particular parts and utilizing an M690 ESD Dissipative material.

On charge dissipating from clothing or not: It doesn't dissipate from some clothing. That's why people in assembly shops were cotton lab coats or ground-able material shirts.

I'm not aware of a solder paste solvent. What do hope to accomplish with such a material? May be we can suggest an alternative.

What type of flux material does your solder paste have? I have seen difficulties when attempting to print small apertures with water washable and rosin types. Do you get a good first print and then have problems or is it the same from the start?

Juki is selling these ovens in the USA. They might be able to give you a list of customers that you can contact independently. I saw a bigass one at IPC APEX. It seemed well built with good materials.
