Wave Solder Equipment Selection

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of selcting a new wave solder machine for our small company. We currently run 2 Technical Devices (18" Nu Era Jr. dual wave). I considered converting one to Lead free. It seems for alittle more we could have a machine that can handle lead free better.

So my real questions. What brand/model are you running? Are you satisfied with it performance? What features do find are most useful?
