Consult your solderpaste manufacturer's data sheet for this information- peak temp range, TAL range, etc... Your profiler may be able to have solderpaste mfr's parameters included in profile data reporting- ECD profilers can import solderpaste data and overlay onto the profile graphic, others may as well. Check with your profiler mfr.

Maybe they are concerned with the actual components on the board and want to see if they are being exposed to temps. and time that might cause damage???
