We run a high mix/low-medium volume smt line with MPM SPM stencil printer, MyData pick-n-place machine and a Heller reflow oven. That combination is working well for us.

Top 5 for high mix/various volume | 10 June, 2008

We run 2 lines: Line 1 has a Dek 265, GL5, CP43, QP242E, and Heller 1900W; Line 2 has an Ekra X4, GL541, CP643E, QP242E, and BTU VIP98N oven. Soon both lines will have new Ekra X5 screen printers and the BTU replaced with another Heller. Works for us!!
