What's the word on the street on the New Generation Samsung Machines? (SM421 and SM411) I know they got a bad rap a few (5) years ago, but it seems like they're doing everything they can to quell that. (Bumper to Bumper three year warranties including a 24 hour, on-site tech support guarantee that covers complete travel expenses, lodging and per diem), and free software and machine firmware upgrades for the life of the machine, yada yada.

Anyone have experience with either of these two models? (And I'm asking specifically about THESE machines. This is not an invitation to all of you Sales Reps out there to tell me how your machine is better)

Yes we are operating two SM 421 with side tray changer and they are great machines. We have had no trouble with them and the service from Dynatech has been great.

We recently (6 months ago) started production with our Samsung SM421 w/ side tray handler and love it so far. Software can be somewhat buggy sometimes but they are working on it I am told. The side tray handler makes a huge difference not eating up any feeder slots too.
