Guys I need help!!!

Today I was cleaning the TM12 feeder and by accident I took out a screw that is on the side in a place that looks... well it looks like a teddy bear, I heard something falling inside of the feeder and now the screw does not thight nothing and when put in the machine and do a step or jog it only moves the roll where the plastic cover is but does not move the reel pocket, what can I do? these type of feeder are very different from what I use (Sanyo and Fuji) can someone help me?

and someone has a pdf manual for these feeders?

Please can someone help me?

TM12 Feeder problem for MYDATA TP9-UPF | 27 March, 2009

There are pem nuts on the back side of the teddy bear face. One of them probably fell off and either shorted your main board or it is lodged in the belt and pulley that drives the advancing wheels. Take the front part of the feeder off that has the tape tray and it, and you can peek inside and see what's up.

I am not aware of any PDF files or manuals that go into any depth on TM feeders.
