cp6 "original pin error" | 1 September, 2009

when the cp6 loads a board everything seems normal / as the table drops the pcb lines up onto the origan hole and then instantly fails with -- "original pin error" we have run this board before. any ideas? thanks

Manually load the board and activate the solenoid for table up/down. Goto I/O then check the status of the sensor. if the sensor was tripped when table is down, removed the pin and check for foreign objects. Or check the hole of the pcb, maybe the size of the hole is not match with the pin diameter.

had tried all of that / went into proper data and changed the origin to the corner instead of the pin, it started working.
