Bridges in the leads of a hall | 25 November, 2010

Hello !!!

Long time since I was here, I have a problem, I use a Electrovert EPK Plus solder wave to solder 8 leads the pcb is like a inche wide and 3/4 or less of height and the leads their size is .3570 inches long by .0195 wide and .0180inches thick for some reason the cutter fail and start cutting the hall in 0.3610 to 0.3630 long, and for 3 days I have been battling with bridges, today some guy that does not work here in the area told me hey is that lead that long?, so I took the caliper and yes it was, so the nest thing was to returno to the 0.357 in so the question is these why the height of the leads causes the bridges??? I am confused

thank you all
